Metode Mata Oshe 0.9 m

Metode ini mengunnakan oshe yg berdiameter 0.9 m tehnik ini bisa mengunakan metode goresan untuk menginokulasikan bakteri ke media.dengan cara :

1. Inokulasikan sampel menggunakan mata oshe 9 mm secara goresan merata pada permukaan media NA plate 

2. inkubasi dengan suhu 37˚ selama 24 jam 

Itu untuk hari pertama 

Dan hari ke dua . . 

1. Hitung jumlah koloni yg tumbuh di permukaan media 

2. Angka kuman dapat di dapat dengan mengalikan jumlah koloni yang ada dengan faktor konversi.yaitu mengubah ke ukuran lain. 

Pada metode ini keuntungannya bakteri yang masih hidup dan mikroba lain dapat dihitung dan kerugiannya hasil perhitungan tidak menunjukan hasil yang sebenarnya.

Hyorin admitted he was amazed at the sight of his fellow South Korean celebrities who release the first single, as Baek Ji Young and Jung Suk Won. "I attended a wedding to Baek Ji Young. Event is very beautiful," added Hyorin.

Furthermore, this sexy bodied woman confessed that for him no problem to postpone the wedding. Because it was the hope of the mother who wants Hyorin not rushing into marriage. "My mother told me not to marry my problem lately. However, I do not want to be too late," said Hyorin.
